Project Summary Disney Princesses is an organization based in northern Italy with a community of over 180,000 fans online. It has gained credibility through the Disney brand by organizing events throughout Italy through collaborations from all over. Through social media pages and the blog, it has become known among fans and organizes and participates in events dedicated to the nerd world, bringing Disney magic. Among their main activities: cosplay gatherings, animation and singing, homemade gadgets sales and collaborations with artists to entertain adults and children. Disney Princesses approached me back in 2017 to strengthen their online presence on Instagram. At that time, they worked exclusively using Facebook and did not have an Instagram page. I initiated and built their communication on Instagram, taking the page from 0 to 80k followers in 7 months. Through extensive study of their Facebook communication, I adapted their style and way of working to the Instagram platform, recreating a new audience through constant weekly reports, studying Italian and foreign competitors and careful use of correct hashtags. The Instagram audience turned out to be completely different from the one following the page on Facebook, so I set up a visual strategy based on the use of specific fan art harmonized according to a color code and defined theme, and a constant publication of three daily posts according to the times suggested by insights that generated organic growth in a few months. As the page’s authority grew, we created collaborations with artists that consisted of publishing exclusive fan art for our page, games and live quizzes from events for online followers, collaborations with cosplayers and live singers. The purpose, in addition to creating authority on Instagram that kept pace with Facebook numbers, was to promote online and offline events organized by the organization. I then created dedicated graphics to promote initiatives through stories and posts. Later on, I began to follow the organization at events as a Social Media Manager to coordinate the social media communication of the staff during their work, creating material for social media pages through live photos and videos. Additionally, at some events, I attended as a Disney-themed illustrator, carving out hours of activities scheduling. The Crown Of Tears | Book

Project Summary La Corona di Lacrime (“The Crown of Tears”) marks the beginning of an epic journey within a captivating quadrilogy of high fantasy, new adult and romance by the young Nephaerys. In crafting this project, I’ve constructed an illustrated cover, drawing from the intricate and dark hues of the narrative, paying particular attention to capturing the essence of its young target. On the following slide, you’ll also find the sellsheet I’ve developed to promote book and its author at publishing events, along with the character designs for the story’s protagonists. Raucea

Project Summary Raucea is a prestigious high-fashion store located in southern Italy, boasting over 50 years of experience. They offer both men’s and women’s clothing, ranging from casual to elegant attire, including shoes and scarves, all high-quality, made-in-Italy pieces catering to a refined clientele. During our long collaboration, I managed their social media strategy on Facebook, revitalizing communication and activating their channel for one year. After that, periodically I help them to promote their activity online and offline building a strategy for special events, promotions or temporary shops. The social media strategy involves consistent promotion of upcoming products from their brands, utilizing images featuring models showcasing Raucea’s brands, sometimes incorporating local customers and models through specially organized fashion shows. Additionally, Raucea has an outlet section within the store, and periodically, we published tailored discounts and deals for their clientele through graphics and sponsorships on their channels. For example deals during Christmas and other holidays through voucher flyers to build customer loyalty or sponsored ads focusing on new seasonal products. Alongside you can observe a social media campaign crafted for Black Friday to highlight November discounts, followed by one dedicated to the launch of the new temporary shop campaign and another one for the Christmas’ event. Both promotions were accompanied by the creation of coordinated Facebook profile and cover images tailored to the events. The temporary shop was to be hosted by a new retail space dedicated to selling outdated stock. The goal was to orchestrate a flash sale of all unsold items during the holiday season. For this initiative, Raucea tasked me with creating 8 large-scale posters to cover the shop windows and panels inside the shop. The message needed to be crystal clear: ‘Clearing out everything, prices inside go as low as 50 euros’ to get low budget customers. Among other collaborations with Raucea, there’s a project commissioned to celebrate their 50th year of business: an advertising poster designed to thank loyal customers and kick off a period of 50% discounts on their products. Project Summary Valeria is a Flapper and Charleston dancer, also a dance instructor in various academies in northern Italy, traveling across Italy and the world showcasing her art and collaborating with dancers from all nations. She was a finalist on Italia’s Got Talent, an Italian show that celebrates national talent. Valeria approached me with the aim of revamping her social media communication on Instagram and Facebook to strengthen her social presence and secure more national and international tours. I provided Valeria with initial consultancy and managed her content based on her creative abilities, enabling her to continue independently after just three months by implementing the strategy we developed together. We identified three recurring types of images and videos in her feed: artistic, lifestyle and performing. Starting with content that was initially of lower quality in her personal profile, we devised a comprehensive visual strategy tailored to this material. The outcome? A polished, artistic feed that elegantly showcases her remarkable talent and professional expertise. Fluvio

Project Summary Fluvio is a startup born with the aim of educating, supporting and nurturing conscientious aquarium enthusiasts through an advanced platform brimming with information, support and high-quality products and services spanning the realms of marine, freshwater and aquascaping. Presentation slides I created showcasing the services offered to partners and clients by the company, specifically tailored for the industry trade show attended by our team. Among Fluvio’s diverse range of activities, one of our standout endeavors involved the organization and management of marine-themed contests, brought to life through collaborative partnerships with esteemed experts hailing from various corners of the globe. The graphics and layouts I created for the pages of the magazine Scaper, promoting the startup and the ITAC Contest, an Aquascaping competition with an international jury. Together with the team, we executed a promotional campaign leveraging our channels (YouTube videos, Instagram posts and stories, Facebook event page and Ads) as those of the experts, supported by a dedicated landing page and live presentations during the experts’ educational events. With Fluvio, we simultaneously worked on developing three fronts: growing the community of aquarium enthusiasts, recruiting and managing a team of experts in the marine sector from all over Italy, and lastly, seeking partnership opportunities or sponsors, the real clients of the startup. For the first step, we began building a community of aquarium enthusiasts by creating a website, which I optimized through the creation of theme-coordinated images and by managing social media channels with a visual and content strategy. Through sponsored campaigns, we promoted our service, focusing on increasing both the audience and the team of experts who contributed content to the platform. To reach out to companies, we attended industry trade fairs or directly contacted them, presenting our services. Cruel Fables | Illustrated Book

Project Summary Cruel Fairy Tales is a curated collection of unconventional fairy tales, each illustrated with a dark twist. The unique selling proposition lies in its narrative perspective: the protagonists aren’t traditional heroes, but rather the villains of these tales. I oversaw every stage of the project, from market analysis to execution (including writing, illustrations and layouts), culminating in the crafting of a comprehensive communication strategy. After completing the design of both the front and back covers, I crafted the internal pages to ensure they seamlessly aligned with the overarching theme. Colle Santa Lucia Fursil’s Mines

Project Summary Colle Santa Lucia is an Italian municipality in the province of Belluno, in the Veneto region. It’s one of the eighteen municipalities comprising Ladino, the Dolomite Alpine region historically known for the Ladino language. Representatives of Colle Santa Lucia requested the creation of a visual identity to reflect the strong cultural identity of the municipality, including an editorial product and a brochure to illustrate its history. The municipality has two distinct communication lines: Medol, the cultural center showcasing artistic richness, and Fursil’s Mines, the historic mining site. The logos and colors of Medol and Fursil’s Mines serve as the foundation for the entire graphic project.
